All of nature is symbiotic; climate change affects ocean temperature – affects acidification – affects pH levels – and they all affect the fish!
Traditional Hawaiian culture observed and understood nature as an entire network of living things. Natural resources were maintained; care of a particular species for consumption or use meant consideration was given to the entire system supporting those species and their habitats.
The ocean is not a dump, it isn’t a stash area for toxic waste and it is not a testing ground for military.
